Accutrac, LLC is a woman-owned (WBE Certified) family business that has been in the data industry for nearly 30 years. We are based out of Anderson, Indiana and take pride in our small town living large mentality. We value ALL companies and industries whether big or small and enjoy making data fun.
Heide Michalek
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Heide is the glue that holds Accutrac together. She has the distinct ability to see through other’s eyes and create a plan that works for everyone.
As a Ball State University graduate, with a degree in Communications, she can utilize her knowledge in customer relations.
In her spare time, Heide enjoys going to concerts, eating good food, watching the Indianapolis Colts and spending time with her friends and family.
Brad James
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Brad’s charismatic and energetic approach to life and leadership brings a unique perspective to the data industry.
Brad desires to promote healthy and mutually beneficial business relationships in his pursuit to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
As an Indiana University Alumni, Brad enjoys all things IU, especially the IU Rugby community. He also enjoys camping, music festivals and spending time with his friends and family. Giving back to the employees and the community he lives in is of the utmost importance to Brad. It’s this passion that drives him to be a positive influence in every life he encounters.

PRESIDENT OF SALES
RC’s years of expertise have developed him into a staple of the data industry. He has seen the industry grow, expand, and transform, all the while listening to those who are firmly rooted in the industry and the hurdles they face daily.
RC’s experience has driven Accutrac’s creation in response to the needs of the industry he’s served and lived in for many years.
In his spare time RC enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, eating good food and making those around him laugh.
Jay Michalek

Jay is propelled by his desire to create a positive and beneficial experience for each of our clients, one that leaves them feeling cared for and respected. He strives to bring a
genuine rapport with clients, which allows him insight into what really matters most to them.
Jay works meticulously to collaborate with clients, effectively produce results, and solve problems specific to their needs. His invaluable ability to mastermind our processes at Accutrac enables us to produce exemplary results for all our clients.
Beyond that, he loves all things Colts, listening to and seeing live music, smoking meat and being a proud foodie.
